General Services
Harbour View offers a multitude of services and amenities to
its residents within the monthly service fee including:
- Residents may furnish their own rooms or furnishings may be
provided upon request.
- Three nutritious meals daily, plus snacks.
- Weekly cleaning of Resident's room
- Fresh linens weekly
- Planning and arranging of necessary transportation
- Social and recreational activities
- Consultations with Resident and family as needed or requested
by either the Resident or by the facility.
- All utilities (including cable) used in the Facility. (Note:
the Facility will not provide Resident with a personal phone,
nor will it provide for personal phone installation and service).
Personal Services
- Routine observation of Resident's general health
- Assistance with obtaining a doctor as needed and assistance
with keeping appointments
- Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing
and personal needs
- Assistance with taking prescribed medications
- Emergency call response
- Awareness of resident's general whereabouts even though they
may travel independently about community
