Some ways this can occur are: exercise (strengthening, balance/proprioception, flexibility, and endurance), manual therapy, modalities (ultrasound, heat, cold, elictrical stmulation, low level laser, massage), preventative and maintenance education, recommendation of assistive devices (walkers, canes, braces).
